On Saturday 1st Feb 2025 Upper Frome Friends hosted a clean up weekend along the River Frome.
It was great to join them along with Chipping Sodbury Rotary Club, and Inner Wheel members.
Over 2 hours the volunteers collected 35 bags of rubbish! Plus car tyres/bumper/car seat/traffic cone/large plastic sheets plus much much more!
Upper Frome Friends will be returning to the Frome river on Sunday 2nd Feb 2025 working on the section just off Cranleigh Court Road.
A big thank you to Upper Frome Friends for organising, this is a mammoth task and we look forward to joining them again to help out!
